CRIMINAL JUSTICE and the future of drug treatment in the UK ó Release's high profile Drugs University V conference focused on the recent changes in UK drugs law, particularly looking at the practical and ideological implications of the Drugs Act 2005, and expected future developments. The conference was chaired by Mishal Husain of BBC News and speakers included Vic Hogg, Head of the Home Office Drug Strategy Directorate; Graham Foster, Professor of Hepatology; and Ethan Nadelmann, Director of the Drug Policy Alliance.
