Get Support & Advice

Release provides a free, confidential, and non-judgemental national information and advice service on drugs and drug laws. Our specialist legal and drug teams are here to help — not to judge.

National Helpline: 020 7324 2989

Live Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00am – 1:00pm.

Outside of these hours, a voicemail service is available 24 hours a day and we will return your call when we are next online. Please let us know in your message if you require discretion when we call you back (for instance, if you share a phone with others).
