Keith leads on organisational digital development, driving innovation across Release’s services, and serves as Data Protection Officer. He has led the development and deployment of the organisation’s virtual legal services, expanding access, improving service reach, and enhancing client engagement through digital delivery. Alongside this, he leads on finance and operations, ensuring compliance with financial audit requirements and FCA reporting obligations. He also provides operational oversight and leads on the production of evaluation reports, including analysing service data, tracking outcomes, and reporting to funders and partners to evidence impact and inform continuous improvement.
