2C-B (& other 2C-type drugs)

The 2C group (of which 2C-B is the only one regularly seen used recreationally in the UK) are synthetic psychedelic phenethylamines that are sometimes sold as ‘party pills’ that have similar effects to Ecstasy or LSD. The psychedelic experiences they produce, however, are generally considered to be considerably less intense than either of these two. They are often sought after for their more somatic effects - ‘head rushes’, buzzing, tingling and increased energy are all commonly associated.
